- Some of the content repeats. For instance, the Soap Opera sequence and Seinfeld emails are covered in a few places. This isn’t exactly bad though, because Russell hits them from different angles and in slightly different contexts…it just gives the impression of there being more unique content than there actually is.
- The Webinar Funnels module is a little short (although it’s kind of split into two because there is an entirely separate module for Automated Webinars). However, you’ll still learn The Perfect Webinar, Russell’s system that took him a lot of trial and error to craft.
- Some of the shorter bonus videos are actually available for free on YouTube.

Section #1: Designing Your Dream Business
Russell starts with “The Secret Formula” for designing your dream business and hacking your ideal lifestyle, which looks a little something like this:
See…that doesn’t look so overwhelming does it?
First, you create a detailed description of your ideal customer avatar (Russell usually creates two avatars: one for girls and one for guys).
This exercise helps you address their pain points and craft your pitch.
Then you’ll be able to market to them THE RIGHT WAY…
…by nurturing relationships and focusing on THE BACK END (amateurs focus on the front end, and it’s the ultimate error).
This is the first of many MASSIVE knowledge bombs from Russell.

It’s a long one, and it might make your head spin, but that’s okay.

It’s the process of warming up your customers for bigger sales, and Russell covers it in Section #1.
It doesn’t matter what you’re selling…
Without these concepts, your dream business will be doomed from Day 1.
Russell also walks you through an exercise he calls “100 Clicks Per Day.”
The whole point of a funnel is to take customers to the top of your value ladder, where you can really blow their minds with value, and 100 Clicks Per Day is the process of reverse engineering this.
I won’t give away the cow before you buy the farm, but Russell fills the above diagram with sample figures and shows you how the numbers play out.
Before you know it, you’ll be leveraging funnels to meet your revenue goals (and YES, we’re still only an hour into the first bonus video!).
Section #2: Finding and Communicating with Your Dream Customers
Russell begins Section #2 by explaining the 3 types of traffic:
- Traffic you control (paid ads)
- Traffic you don’t control (social media, search engines, press)
- Traffic you own (your email list)
Then he dives into how to connect with your audience so that you can collect their emails and turn them into traffic that you own.
How do you do that?
You find them where they’re already congregating on the internet.
For example, if you’re preparing to launch a virtual event in a new niche, Facebook groups can be a great place to start connecting with your audience.
Once they sign up for your virtual summit by submitting an email, you can funnel them all the way up the value ladder.
Section #2 is a goldmine, and the way Russell explains it is a breath of fresh air.
I’m not a huge fan of ALL of Russell’s products (although most of them are pretty outstanding) but Russell really hit it out of the park with this one.
You’ll also learn about…
- Using direct and indirect traffic streams
- Demographics, offers, and landing pages that work
- Adapting funnels to your own product
You might be thinking, “Okay, that’s great…but where do I find some awesome funnels to model?”
Russell explains that too at about the 1hr:12min mark and shows you how to use analytics tools to dissect their traffic sources.
But believe it or not, we haven’t even gotten to the best part…
At the end of Section #2, Russell shares two of his highest-converting funnels:
- Soap Opera sequence: a 5-day funnel that pulls on emotions using an epic story
- Seinfeld sequence: daily emails about…”nothing” (yep, they actually work)
Then he goes into an advanced marketing concept called “inception” where you get people to buy without feeling like your selling to them
Section #3: Funnelology
In Section #3 you’ll learn the 7 Phases of a Funnel, where you take cold, warm, and hot traffic and turn them into subscribers, buyers, and super fans.
The concept of cold, warm, and hot traffic is one of the most important ideas in all of marketing (you won’t get very far without it).
COLD traffic needs a lot of contact points to build trust.
WARM traffic includes people who are aware of their problem and of the types of solutions that are out there.
HOT traffic is ready to buy…they just need a convenient opportunity.
Next, Russell lays out the 23 Building Blocks of a Funnel.
After years of building funnels, Russell realized he was doing these same 23 steps over and over.
Russell also gets into:

In the first lesson, Russell lays out the overall format and learning strategies behind Funnel Hacks and then goes over how to use the

This module is technically a bonus that Russell added after his audience had been requesting it for a while.
It shows you how to quickly come up with your own info product ideas.
This is one of my favorite modules because Russell’s shows you the step-by-step process he goes through to do funnel research using Clickbank.
He also includes 4.5 hours of footage from his $5,500 live workshop.
According to Russell, creating your own info product should be a part of everybody’s overall business strategy.

The highlight of this module for me was learning that Russell actually used to suck at selling live.

This module isn’t as long as the others (only 50 minutes) but it’s still packed with actionable content.
